Performed level 2 package cleaning. Furnace. Flame sensor and burners are clean. Heat exchanger looks good. Combustion analysis test was normal. No CO detected in the airstream. AC. No leaks detected at the indoor coil. Electrical components tested good. Condenser coil is clean. Refrigerant charge was good, however, I recommend we return next year to keep an eye on it. Temp split was 20 degrees. HVAC system is operating normal at this time.
