Ac clean and tune. Checked indoor coil for leaks worn refrigerant sniffer. No major indications found at this time. Cycled system. Checked electrical compartment. Ok. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. System is worn , but operating normal at this time. Furnace clean and tune. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned burners and flame sensor. Both ok. Checked igniter, ok. Heat exchanger is normal at this time. Checked for levels of CO and XS air in exhaust. Normal levels found. No CO found in airstream. System operating normal at this time. Job complete. Checked fireplace. Found that the gas valve was off. Tried to find gas shut off for fireplace, unable to locate. Fireplace is located in a room with no basement access under it. Checked ignition system. It is dirty. Cleaned sparker and flame sensor as well.
