Came out to perform the level 2 furnace cleaning. Burners and flame sensor are clean. Heat exchanger looks okay. Combustion readings were normal. No CO detected in the air. High limit passed the safety check. Temp rise was 46 degrees. Customer upgraded to a package cleaning during my visit and I did the AC right away. No leaks detected. Electrical components tested good. Capacitor tested in zone, however, I noted that it is starting to rust on top. Condenser was cleaned with water and nu brite. Refrigerant charge was good. Temp split was 17 degrees. All HVAC equipment is running properly at this time.
