Performed preferred customer boiler cleaning. Cleaned the burners and the flame sensor. Checked the heat exchanger. Wiped down the boiler. Checked the circuit board for any existing faults. No faults found at this time. Cycled the boiler checked the gas pressure and performed a combustion test. No issues with the boiler at this time. Performed preferred customer air conditioning cleaning. Checked the indoor coil for leaks. Cleaned the condenser unit. Checked the electrical. The electrical is ok. Cycled the air conditioner and checked the refrigerant levels. The refrigerant levels are good. The air conditioner is running normally at this time.
