Ac clean and tune. Checked indoor coil. Changed filter. Filter was very plugged. Cleared drain lines. Cycled system. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Condenser coil was very plugged. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Found subcooling at 12. Indoor coil was 38 degrees. Checked indoor temp split. Temp split was 18 degrees. System operating normal at this time. Customer stated that they had issues with cooling two times this year. I believe issues came from very plugged filter and condenser. Filter should be replaced every 2 months. Job complete.
