Fan motor also tested ok. Capacitor is worn and hard start kit is installed. Contactor is worn but operating normal at this time. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Rechecked pressures and temps. Same results found. Dryer vent is located directly behind condenser and condenser is undersized for home cooling needs. Average life expectancy for this unit is 14 years. This system is 20 years old an. M mv. d showing signs of being worn. Even though system is cooling at this time, future failure is expected. Job complete.
