Performed package clean and tune; inspected the exhaust and intake PVC ensuring all connections were secured, removed and cleaned the burners along with the flame sensor, cycled the system and checked gas pressures, performed a combustion test verifying no CO in the airstream I did receive higher than normal amounts of CO and excess air in the exhaust future failure of the heat exchanger is expected. Also inducer motor failed at 60%. I then cycled the UV light on Bob had mentioned he just replaced the uv light bulbs this system was installed 17 years ago office to quote ballast replacement/new Uv light. I then cleaned the AC system, inspected condenser electrical compartment and tested components the capacitor tested ok but is showing wear as for the fan motor is rated for 1.1 amps and I pulled .6 these components are expected to fail. These systems are currently operating but there is no guarantee for how long. I highly recommend looking into getting them replaced in the future possib
