Ac clean and tune. Checked indoor coil with refrigerant sniffer. Found some indications of possible leaks on that coil. Cycled system. Found rodent nest in condenser. Wires have been repaired in past visit. Found capacitor worn. Tested compressor and fan motor, both tested low with megohmeter. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Condenser coil damaged and full of mold. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Indoor coil temp was 39. Subcooling was 9. Indoor split was 16. Due to age, condition, and cost to repair, second opinion is recommended. Future failure is expected.
