Performed furnace and ac safety check. Furnace. Cycled system. Checked heat exchanger, rusted. Checked and cleaned flame sensor. Found igniter to have deep ware marks, worn. Enter motor bearings are very worn, small leak under ventor found. Checked for co in airstream, none found. Normal levels found in exhaust. System is very worn and in need of cleaning. During check, rollout sensor was damaged. System operating, but office will need to schedule time to replace sensor. AC Used refrigerant sniffer on indoor coil, found indications of leak. Cycled system. Checked electrical compartment. Found both contactor and capacitor to be original and worn. Hooked up gauges and checked pressures and temps. Sub cooling was 33, super heat was 3, coil temp was 41, temp split is 15. Ac in need of full clean and tune. Job complete.
