Prefom preferred customer geo cleaning and replace 213 filter. Wipe down and vacuum unit. Test electrical components. Capacitor starting to get weak and contactor pitted and burned. Customer didn’t want to do anything this year but will prolly have them done next year. Used refigrent sniffer on unit no leaks found. Cycled unit and tested. 11.5 gpm 7 water deltaT 22 Air delta t.
