Ac clean and tune. Checked and cleaned electrical compartment. Tested compressor and fan motor. Both tested low. Used coil cleaner on condenser coil. Hooked up gauges and tested pressures and temps. Found 0 subcooling and 3 superheat. Indoor coil temp was 32. System is low on charge. Tested temp split. Temp split is 13. System is worn and has issues that will lead to high utility bills and failure. Second opinion is recommended. System is cooling at this time. Cooling poorly. Job complete.
