I liked the repair service rep that came to the house. He found an issue with the furnace, in which he was correct, but did not finish cleaning the vents due to the problems with the furnace yet charged the full amount. I had a problem with my warranty service and went with another furnace company that I previously used. They helped me with the warranty company to reimburse some of the cost of the new furnace.
