Matt came out for the fall service visit. I asked him to teach me how to clean the new air filter Blue Frost installed this summer. He gave me an excellent tutorial and let me do the work, rather than having me watch him. Now that I've done it with supervision, I know I'll remember to keep my sophisticated air filters clean.
