Customer reported no cool. Only blower running. Upon arrival found system off. Turned on. Blower started but condenser did not. Alarm code on condenser board showed open circuit. Checked all electrical connections. OK. Checked thermostat and identified it as being problem. Thermostat had lost its program and was not running in heat pump mode. Reset to correct setting. System started and began cooling properly.
