Performed bi-annual maintenance on a Trane XR14 heat pump. Chemically cleaned the outdoor condenser coils to remove salt and debris buildup common in the riverside area. Checked refrigerant pressures and subcooling. Tightened all electrical connections and tested the defrost board.
