Arrived at the customer's home to replace the blower motor and determined we had the incorrect motor. Customer is aware the wrong motor was ordered and there is a possibility the motor is no longer under warranty. We need to contact the supply house tomorrow morning to order the correct part and call the customer with an updated price if necessary.
