This is my first business/service experience with Bradbury Brothers (B.B). I observed the following: (1) I had pleasant phone conversations and written correspondence with Kara, Patty, and Chancy during the process of establishing an appointment. (2) The service technician, Mr. Mario Silva, arrived on time to inspect the two A/C units. He did a thoroughly inspection of the equipment.
