I've had this ongoing problem with water leaking through my ceiling for years...I know, RIGHT! Anyway, I called Bradbury and they sent Luke. I explained the reason for the call and at the hole in my ceiling where it caved in from water. He had a general idea what the problem was and ran a few tests which I thought were good tests. Instead of saying "this is the problem" and although he may have been certain, but not positive, he stated he'd feel better if a Master plumber came to look at it. However, Luke did state that I needed a new hot water heater and since I had repaired it twice before, I agreed with him on that assessment. The following day, Luke showed up with Chris to take a look at the initial problem. Chris came to the same conclusion as Luke. Chris fixed the problem immediately. Afterwards, the two installed the new hot water heater and all was right with the world. Summary: Quick, efficient, and knowledgeable. Kudos to the both of them.
