Although Earnest was unable to resolve our issue, he did brainstorm possible solutions and didn’t give up. Even after the service call, he kept digging and passed on his evaluation to the office. His intent was customer satisfaction first, and for that approach I’ll be a loyal Bradbury Brothers customer for years. 3 days later his evaluation resulted in a solution that completely solved our issue. Kudos to Bradbury Brothers service! Glad I signed up for their annual service agreement too. Saved me well over $100 getting this problem resolved.
