3 days ago we called Bradbury Brothers to resolve a thermostat issue. The first technician was unable to resolve this issue, but did provide an evaluation on potential solutions. Today his evaluation - coupled with the experience of our senior technician Casey - allowed Casey to provide a solution that completely solved our issue, at less than 20% the cost of the alternative. Kudos to Bradbury Brothers service! Glad I signed up for their annual service agreement too. Saved me well over $100 directly getting this problem resolved. Saved me nearly $1,000 by finding an alternative solution. Their customer first approach guarantees my loyalty for the foreseeable future.
