Explained to him that the system has a refrigerant leak and that due to its age of 15 years and using the phased out R22 refrigerant I highly recommend replacing the system. He said that due to the current situation with the Coronavirus, he would like it have the system topped off with refrigerant to hold over until the coronavirus issue passes, although he would also like to get an estimate to replace, because they plan on doing so as soon as they’re able.
