As always, Bradbury Brothers provided excellent service, explanation of procedures, and customer care through Fernando, today’s technician. They were extremely careful in safety precautions for us and their technician due to the COVID-19 virus. They went above and beyond in replacing a part that was still working, but with diminished capacity. We would normally have to wait for that part to fail completely, and consequently shut down the whole unit, for the warranty to replace that part. We are retired and Fernando did not want us to suffer in case that part failed during our hot summer. He spoke with the “brothers” and they decided to replace this part with NO CHARGE to us!
