Customer had us out today to diagnose a water heater issue. The pilot light will not stay lit indicating a bad gas control valve. We also noticed the gas control valve is a Honeywell which have had numerous issues in the past. We are ordering the new gas control valve with the mechanical equivalent under warrenty through Rheem and once the part arrives to customer we will come make the replacement.
