Customer had us out today to take a look at a no hot water issue. We found the gas shut off to the heater at the valve for some unknown reason. We turned the gas back on and relit heater with no issues. We are scheduled for the ac tech to come out on Tuesday to address water in the ac pan for one of the units, recommended ac tech come out to ensure there is nothing else wrong with the unit.
