Homeowner had us out today due to the grill not starting up and also the fire pit not working. Advised homeowner to have one of the patio companies come out to take a look at the fire pit as per Shane. Turn the gas on the fire pit and grill is working properly. Checked around for any gas leaks and found none. Also talk to homeowner about the 12 year old water heaters.Found both T&P valves not working. Also found the vent on the right not sitting properly on the Water heater. Could possibly cause carbon monoxide in the attic. Advised homeowner. They just wanted some estimates.
