Did whole house inspection and found stem for faucet upstairs hard to turn in bathroom . Home owner will be getting new stem for us to come and install. Laundry room washer box and valves were not in the best shape and valves were corroded . Gave estimate for replacing washer box and valve for unit and for the faucet repair. The rest of the house was in good shape and had no major issues at this time .
