We were out today to install three new kohler toilets. The installations went well and everything was tested. Everything is working as intended at this time. He only issue was in the fact that the toilet bowls were a bit larger than the old ones so that the elevated assist seats didn’t quite fit. I informed the customer of this and taped some insulation to the adjustment plate to allow it to temporarily be tightened while they purchase new seats that fit properly. We tested the hardness and found it to be at 3 gpg. We tested the chlorine and it was 3-6 or maxed out on the gauge.
