Bathtub faucet on hot side the stem is bad and the threads to hold stem down is shot as well and not threading. Need to replace faucet and add shut off valves under tub for the faucet. Giving estimates to customer. Hot side is leaking out around nut that tightens down the hot stem . Customer knows and is aware
