Installed new spray hose for laundry room sink faucet . Tested for leaks and found none . Went to master to replace stems and moen didn’t mention about needing special tool to remove stems from faucet. Tried removing the pvc and stems are frozen shut and will not unthread out . Need to get new stem body from. Moen for hot and cold . Homeowner will call us back out when parts arrive
