Absolute pleasure. They called and verified it was Ok to come earlier. Solved the problem with non-functioning heater in a short time and checked the entire unit. Was so pleased with repairman’s professionalism that I signed up for a twice a year visit to service heater from Brody-Pennell. I would highly recommend them.
