I've bought two brand new AC systems from Brody Pennell. I bought the first one for my condo back in 2002, and, after I sold the condo, I bought a new AC system from Brody Pennell for my house. I'm a return customer because the service is absolutely first rate. I have a maintenance contract which is well worth the reasonable cost to make sure the system always functions optimally. Rene Morales is the Brody Pennell Service Technician that comes to my house to do the regularly scheduled maintenance and/or take care of any problems that arise to make sure I'm up and running as soon as possible. In fact, that happened just yesterday, and, although it was late in the day and I was his last appointment, Rene dedicated himself to solving the problem and making sure my home was cool and comfortable before he left. Rene is a consummate professional with years of experience and a wealth of knowledge about the equipment. More important, he is a genuinely kind and caring person with a serious work ethic who always goes above and beyond to solve any issue that arises. Rene is absolutely the best and Brody Pennell is very fortunate to have him representing their company in the field.
