Rene was great. He worked quickly and efficiently and put in a lot of time to troubleshooting a problem with connecting a Nest. He ensured that all of the issues were completely resolved before leaving, which required changing out some wiring. He was very pleasant despite facing some challenges, and clearly cared that the job was done right.
