My two units were due for bi-Annual servicing. A dying capacitor was found and Jason was able to explain to me why it would be best to replace the part today. I was able to understand that he wasn’t telling me jusr to jack the price up, but instead how replacing this part would protect the more expensive compressor from burning out. Very professional and clean.
