Arrived at customers home to perform heating maintenance checked all heating operations all checked out ok at time of departure
Replaced heat pump package unit on roof. Replaced thermostat as well, sealed duct work and tested system for proper operation. System was functioning properly at time of departure.
Arrived to find fan relay board fried. Replaced board repaired wires and tested system in heating and cooling with proper temperature differences in both. System functions properly at this time.

Arrived and performed a cooling maintenance. Checked all motors capacitors amp draws and connections. Cleared drain and cleaned condenser coal and indoor coil blower and filter were clean. Tested system through thermostat with proper pressures and delta T. System functions properly at this time
