Performed maintenance as per service agreement. Checked all motors, capacitors, safeties, wire connections, amp draw of all components, changed filters, and cleaned filter grills. Checked to ensure pressure switch port was clear. Cleaned flame sensor and checked for proper sequence of operation as well as a clean burning flame. Checked for proper temperature rise 5 min after starting furnace. Removed condensate pump, disassembled and cleaned and reinstalled. Also checked to ensure all water safeties were wired correctly. All equipment working properly at time of departure.
