Paul is the perfect gentleman, meticulous in his performance, relating all aspects of his work to me, so I know what he is doing and finding. The office called me at 8 am that he is in transit, but THEY WERE WRONG. He arrived at 9:10 am. The office should have NEVER called me with wrong info, as I stood by my window for one hour and 10 minutes - couldn't get washed or dressed, thinking he would arrive momentarily. TELL the office to be more precise.
