When I called to report that we were having heating problems, Peter scheduled us right away and we were really appreciative, especially since the weather was so cold and there must have been a lot of heating emergencies. But when Marek came, he said there was no problem with the heating and call back if we experienced problems again. No surprise, the problems we reported persisted, but it took me three more days and many additional calls to get another visit. But when Tony came, he was great and diagnosed the problem right away, and made a temporary repair. The needed parts arrived very fast and Tony returned promptly to make the repair. So on that front we were very appreciative.
