Homeowner had coverage for prv replacement and the homeowner stated that their water pressure was strong for about 30secs, then it would drop off. Replaced the prv, checked water pressure again and now it’s 65psi. Homeowner checked the shower and said that now the pressure is the same even after 1 minute. Checked for leaks. OK Drain And Overflow Repair/replacement Upon arrival the customer stated that their tub was leaking into the downstairs bathroom ceiling when taking baths. Upon inspection I found that the overflow plate was loose to tub and that was the only leaking in the past. Tightened up the overflow plate. Should be ok now so long that you don’t fill the tub up to the overflow drain, cause there’s a possibility that it will start leaking.
