I had to make several calls to insure someone was coming to help with our broken pipes but I'm grateful that Dani was willing to work a 15 hour day! She arrived at 8pm and immediately figured out why we couldn't get the water completely shut off. She then worked hard to get the water off and drained from the ceiling before it collapsed. She also made a call to get a restoration company out the next day to move forward with cutting out the drywall so she can come back and repair the broken pipes. Dani was very knowledgable and helpful! Thank you for not giving up on our job. We know there are so many broken pipes in our area after the deep freeze last week.

Budget was assigned to me by my home warranty coverage. They called me the same day I filed a service request and were able to schedule on a date and time that fit my schedule. Jackie called me when the technician was on the call just before mine and then again when he was on his way. Very professional. The technician, Greg, was friendly and courteous. I told him the problems with my furnace and a/c and he explained how he would repair them. He worked quickly and efficiently making sure everything was working properly. He took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely use them again and am considering an HVAC service contract with Budget going forward.
