HVAC technician, cooling, air conditioner repair. 1 Pole, 30a, 24v. Upon arrival customer stated that their outside unit wasn’t working. Upon diagnosis I found that the contactor was bad. Replaced contactor, unit started right up with the new contactor. A/c Leakfreeze Sealant Only 1.5oz. Since the system was low on R-22, I added leak sealer to unit. R-22 Home Warranty Refrigerant Per Pound Once unit was running for a while the pressures were low, 55-210psi. Added 1lb of R-22 to bring pressures up to 73-220psi. System is working properly now.
