HVAC technician, cooling, air conditioner repair, cond, 1/6 Hp, 1075/1, Rev, 208/230-1-60. Upon arrival customer stated that their HVAC system wasn’t cooling properly. Upon inspection I found that the condensing fan motor was bad. Replaced fan motor, checked for proper operation. OK. Misc Work Completed HVAC When trying to remove the condensing fan blades, the set screws were rusted. Replaced the 18” 4 blade fan from supply house. Installed blade onto fan motor, checked for proper spin and operation. OK.
