Needed a service call because of non functioning a/c. Scheduled appointment at earliest convenience and called before to ensure we would be home and them to notify that tech was on way. Tech came prepared for solution based on problem described and then made a few tweaks to ensure operating efficiency. Offered suggestions for continued use. Very helpful and first time using Budget, will request for home warranty work in the future.
