Love the fact that Jeff and Justin took their time to talk to me...I know that they where on a time crunch, but they helped me to understand the home warranty's and how to keep up the maintenance on my heating and cooling system, so that the warranty will work with me not against me. I would prefer to keep 1 company working on my home. I don't want 4 different company's here. I want someone that will work with me and show me the right and wrongs of the home owner. A lot of home owners are not aware of what they should be doing to keep up on their appliances and AC units. Thanks to Justin and Jeff, I now have a little more knowledge of what I need to do. I would also like it if you would share with me things that you find at other homes that are not covered under warranty's because something wasn't done by the home owner. I would like to start posting on my facebook the do's and donts if you have a warranty. (for instance dog urine, how to protect the units and so forth.) Home owners are not aware of this and need to know these things. I am a realtor and was not aware of this... Also, I am always fighting with the warranty company's for my buyers.
