Kevin was amazing! He is a true testament of Casteel's motto "We take amazing care of you" I was very concerned when I found out that Casteel no longer sells the Noritz unit and that it may not be fixable. Kevin immediately reached out to his manager and discussed what options were available. After a short phone call they decided to replace my Noritz with the Navian. This was exactly the customer service I have come to love and expect from the Casteel family. Thank you again, for proving the you do take Amazing Care of your customers.
