He did a great job getting the job completed in the same day even with the difficulties of the installation and the lateness of his start on this job. First, I am amazed I was able to receive a service appointment within a couple hours of when I sent my request, with an appointment for the next day. Wow. Next, you all called me with an ETA for service. I appreciate that. Then Kevin came and sized up both plumbing situations rapidly and set about resolving. The cost hurt, but I doubt I'd have done better anywhere else. Kevin is friendly, utterly professional and explained the situation to me. I will definitely stay with Casteel for my next project and I look forward to seeing Kevin to do the project for me.
