Kevin did a good job explaining the benefits of the tankless water heater. He did a great job getting the job completed in the same day even with the difficulties of the installation and the lateness of his start on this job. The lateness was not of his doing as the company had scheduled another call for him prior to my install. I am very thankful for his commitment to his work.
