Mike and Erica both provided great service. After an initial visit where we identified several areas that needed improvement Mike worked a full day to address all of them. He was courteous, professional, thoughtful and thorough in his work. He also has a great sense of humor. We look forward to working with Mike and CCL for many years to come.
