Chris was also on time (actually arrived before time) for both the estimate and installation appts. Took time to explain installation and answered all questions without hesitation. We just moved in this two-year old townhouse and realized we had inherited a problem with the air conditioning even a very meticulous home inspector was not able to pinpoint: our two-stage system did not divert air properly. So we went on line and through homeadvisor.com found a number of local companies. In the end, we chose Central Comfort, and it proved to be a very wise choice. They promised to stop by next morning, between 8 and 8:30, for a diagnosis and to give us an estimate. The door bell rang at 8:05, they were able to locate the problem within 15 minutes, then they called their supplier to get the part needed and a couple of ours our air conditioning was running as it never did before. The icing on the cake, living up to the name of their company, since it took them less time to fix this problem than initially thought, they took a couple of hundreds of dollars off their initial estimate, which made a painful experience for a new home owner very, very comfortable. I would certainly recommend this company to anyone who has an air conditioning or plumbing problem that needs to be resolved quickly and efficiently.
