Chris was on time. He listened to my description of the symptoms and went right to work. He did a thorough cleaning, discovered the problem and replaced the offending parts. He gave a detailed description of the problems he encountered and what needed to be done to correct them. We discussed the procedure and he instructed me how to use the replaced/updated technology. When it was time to review and pay for the service, I asked about service plan options. He was able to charge me for the service plan, which ultimately saved me $46.00 on the bill. Chris was professional, pleasant and neat. I would highly recommend Central Comfort to anyone looking for a full service HVAC company they can rely on!
