Technician Luc Deschenes performed a very thorough inspection and maintenance on my Carrier Heat Pump unit. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Being new to the east coast he explained what I should and should not do with the Heat Pump during winter and what to expect. I definitely recommend Luc and Central Heating & Cooling to all my friends.

Hi there, I would just like to share how pleased we are with the new system in our home. I think we could’ve had the same system installed by other companies but Central Cooling and Heating truly made the process smooth and efficient. From design to installation everyone at Central Cooling and Heating was extremely professional and in particular, John who ran the job for us was amazing. He kept us informed of what was going on each day and several times on the busiest day (electrical and outside work). He checked in with us on questions that came up on their end, and answered a lot of our questions in a polite and professional manner during the install as well. I figured the install would have been more challenging given that we had some remote learners at home. The team was very conscientious about our family being there and very respectful. They showed up every day right on time, and one night even stayed late to finish something up. I give credit to the ownership for their staff and skills! Top notch and I highly recommend Central Cooling and Heating! Looking forward to decades of a comfortable environment in our home. Thank you again.

I’ve had my run ins with many companies (Not just AC)that don’t follow through and don’t do the right thing by customers. Service is just not what it used to be, everyone always cutting corners. Not Central AC!! From start to finish, they were on top of EVERYTHING from the start. From my very first call into the company and speaking to the woman at the front (audrana) to scheduling, follow through, and then the day of providing clear communication of when the tech would arrive. All was spot on and professional. Then the tech, Joe Lachance, was extremely knowledgeable, PATIENT, Answered all questions and Was honest. Zero pressure to do anything and provided options to remain cost effective while also getting the job done right. He was awesome and just an A+ company and experience overall. Highly recommend!!

The Crew was very professional and customer focused. John, the supervisor, was extremely helpful and had answers for all of my questions. His expertise and knowledge allowed the installation to run smoothly and professionally. He is a hard worker and kept the job moving along.
